Lewisham Gateway is a transformative mixed-use development situated in the heart of Lewisham, South East London. Spanning a 14-acre site, this £500 million project has reimagined a once-congested traffic interchange into a vibrant urban quarter, enhancing connectivity and delivering a new commercial and residential hub for the community.

Key features:

  • Residential & Commercial Spaces: The development comprises over 1,000 new homes, including co-living options, alongside 25,000 sq ft of retail, dining, and leisure spaces, and 20,000 sq ft of flexible workspace.

  • Public Realm Enhancements: Significant infrastructure improvements include the reconfiguration of the road network, notably replacing the northern roundabout with the “Low H” layout, and the rerouting of the Ravensbourne and Quaggy rivers. These changes have created expansive public spaces, improved pedestrian connectivity, and enhanced transport interchanges.

  • Community Amenities: The project introduces the borough’s first major multiplex cinema, a gym, and a variety of shops and restaurants, fostering a lively and inclusive environment.
